Transport is constantly changing and evolving. We have great visions here in Dubai from robotic transport tubes to even drones. However, living in a world where health above all is now of utmost importance, we should be merging fitness along with transport to enhance a better lifestyle for all human beings in Dubai. All residential households in Dubai should at least be given 1 bike per family to use permanently for their benefit. Dubai should build permanent bike roads to get you anywhere through the city. From the outskirts all the way to the main city, to the desserts. Such bike roads should be as common as the highway. Putting this forward, we will be able to reduce obesity percentages here by almost half in the timeframe of 10 years. We will also contribute to reducing at least 30% of the world's carbon emissions being the driving force of Sir David Attenborough's dream of restoring the planet we we are all still contributing to damage.

Contextual & compatible; resilient & adaptable; flexible & multi-purpose; authentic & meaningful; humane & urbane are some of the key considerations that drive 21st century sustainable urbanism. This is a decidedly 'urban' era - a momentum harnessed for urban regeneration, revitalization, repair, retrofit, and renaissance. It is exciting but inherently complex and challenging. Architecture alone, or any discipline for that matter, can't expect to go at it alone and arrive at the optimal solution. This new urban agenda is best served as an interdisciplinary undertaking that integrates processes, ideas and solutions. In doing so, we create thriving places not just ensembles of building and spaces. Herein lies the value of great urban design and my contribution - coordinated, strategic and synergetic thinking, with one foot firmly planted in the long-term and 'big picture' view, while the other comprehends the many interconnected moving parts that are more technical and detailed.

Arquitecto (2003). Investigador en el Departamento de Proyectos Arquitectónicos de la ETSAM. Premio Especial del Jurado en el Concurso de Ideas para la Rehabilitación de la Fábrica CLESA (COAM 2015). Finalista en la XIV Bienal Española de Arquitectura y Urbanismo en la categoría de Investigación por un artículo sobre la Fábrica de Alejandro de la Sota. La experiencia previa en los trabajos sobre este edificio me ha permitido conocer en profundidad la problemática de este espacio urbano, del edificio y a los agentes sociales implicados.

Mis trabajos han sido premiados en numerosos Concursos nacionales e internacionales. Poseo una amplia experiencia (10 años) como director de proyectos con equipos multidisciplinares en estudios de reconocido prestigio internacional. He llevado a cabo proyectos con certificados LEED y Minergie-P. Mi aportación puede ser de especial interés en el emplazamiento de la Fábrica CLESA.

Ho fondato il mio studio “One Brick Forward” 1995 che si occupa di bioarchitettura, progettazione , rigenerazione urbana e alla mobilità sostenibile.
Mi sono avvicinata alle certificazioni energetiche ambientali Bream, Bioarchitettura 2002, Casaclima, GBC, Leed. Sono Esperto di Bioarchitettura, faccio parte nel gruppo di formazione dei formatori di GBC- INBAR per i CAM. Da anni organizzo all’interno della Green week progetti eco-sostenibili e basati sulla diffusione dei CAM e dei corretti stili di vita. Nel 2019, Communi(ty)caring, si è focalizzato sul mondo della farmacia, centro di comunità per trasformare i punti vendita in attivatori sociali, ambientali, culturali.
