Buenos Aires is challenging students to design solutions for a city that looks to the future and adopts sustainable technologies and habits.
The City of Buenos Aires is the first city in Latin America to participate in the mission Schools Reinventing Cities with Minecraft Education. In a joint initiative, the Ministry of Education, C40 and Microsoft are inviting students and teachers to rethink Buenos Aires as a fairer, more equitable and sustainable city.
Within the game they will be able to visit iconic places - such as City Hall, the Obelisk, the Planetarium and the Matanza Riachuelo Basin - and propose solutions to the socio-environmental issues that challenge residents.
