Catch-up on the virtual drop-in session with community partners of C40's Reinventing Cities Seattle competition.
The drop-in session will provide a brief update on the C40 Reinventing Cities Seattle WOSCA Site and then transition into an opportunity for interested teams to meet one-on-one with community partners in virtual breakout rooms. The one-on-one format is intended to provide approximately 15-20 minutes for sharing ideas and questions directly with community partners as part of the engagement process.
Community engagement is a vital part of the competition process, and we encourage interested teams to understand the variety of adjacent community partner interests and perspectives surrounding the future vision for the WOSCA site. Partners include: International Longshore & Warehouse Union – Local 19; Pioneer Square community groups; Port of Seattle/Northwest Seaport Alliance; Seattle Waterfront business community; SODO business improvement area; and Washington State Public Facilities District/Mariners and Washington State Public Stadium Authority/Seahawks.
