A public session was held to meet for the evaluation of the expressions of interest received for the Ex Caserma Perotti site in the C40 Reinventing Cities competition in Rome.

In reference to the initiative announced through the notice to express interest, prot.2833 of 28.2.2024, for the development and redevelopment of the state-owned property located in the Municipality of Bologna, known as Ex Caserma Perotti, please be advised that the first public session of the Tender Commission to evaluate the expressions of interest received will take place on 7 October 2024 at 4 p.m. at the headquarters of Agenzia del Demanio - Direzione Territoriale Emilia Romagna, Piazza Malpighi 19, Bologna.
